Come join our community sew to make quilts for the Quilts of Valor project. Can you sew a straight line? If yes, then you can help our group create beautiful quilts that ill be given to our brave servicemen and servicewomen.

An open sew for handwork enthusiasts! Bring your handwork and inspiration and come have high tea! So far we have seen have seen hand quilting, knitting, penny rugs, needle felting, and things Cathy hasn’t done before!

Intro to Embroidery with Roz
Tuesdays – 10:00am – 1:00pm

This class is limited to just 2-3 people at a time to give each student the attention they need  as they learn how to embroider! Each project is chosen by the student and learning is achieved through “hands on” embroidery best practices.

$35, plus project supplies

Electric Quilt with Roz
Tuesdays – 5:00 – 7:00pm


Learn how to design your dream quilt be experimenting with fabric and color – all on your computer! Come learn the ins and outs of designing a quilt before you cut a inch of fabric!

Registration Required
Fee: $25, no kit. You MUST have a laptop with you, with EQ 6 or 7 installed to participate.



Heirloom Sewing

Help will be available for your heirloom projects on Wednesdays, 11:00-1:00. Classes, by appointment, are also available.  After retiring from teaching Kindergarten, I attended a Martha Pullen Licensing and discovered I love teaching heirloom sewing. I hope to meet you at Heirloom Wednesdays.

A club dedicated to sharing textile and fiber information and to inspiring each other!
