The Charlton Sewing Center is proud to have started a new community sewing project creating textured lap robes for Alzheimer’s patients. We call them: “TEXTURED COMFORT”

These tactile lap robes are being distributed by our friend and visiting nurse Peg Sullivan, to eight separate facilities around Central Massachusetts So far we have delivered over 500 of these lap robes to patients. We are proud to announce an additional “Textured Project” for knitters! Call shop for information.
